Services

I offer psychological consultations in English and Polish for adults, adolescents, and parents. My services include support for a variety of emotional and mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD/autism spectrum, burnout, social difficulties, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

Consultations are available both online and in-person near Zug, in a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space.

I provide:
– Individual consultations for adults and adolescents
– Parental guidance and consultations for families
– Psychoeducation and emotional support
– Help navigating difficult periods such as grief, relocation, or identity changes

My approach integrates empathy with evidence-based psychological methods. The first session focuses on understanding your situation and needs, and we decide together on the next steps.

Whether you are struggling with ongoing distress or simply looking for someone to talk to, I am here to support you at your pace.

Domaines d'expertise

– Depression and low mood
– Anxiety and social anxiety
– Burnout and stress management
– Support for expats and cultural adaptation
– Self-esteem and self-acceptance
– Grief and loss
– Emotional challenges in children and adolescents
– Supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autism and ADHD

– Psychological assessment and diagnosis with an official certificate

I have experience working with autistic individuals and those with ADHD, both diagnosed and self-identifying, across various age groups. My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each person’s unique needs, communication style, and sensory profile.

In addition, I offer psychological evaluations with written certificates when needed (e.g., for school support, work accommodations, or further specialist referrals). These assessments are conducted thoroughly and sensitively, always in collaboration with the client.

My work is guided by empathy, respect, and collaboration. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique story and goals, aiming to build trust and clarity together.

Informations complémentaires pour le patient

My practice is open to anyone looking for a supportive and respectful therapeutic space. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral to begin — sometimes a conversation is the first step toward feeling better.

I speak Polish and English fluently and understand the unique challenges of expat life, cultural transitions, and multilingual identity.

The first session is an opportunity to explore your needs, ask questions, and see if we are a good fit. There is no pressure to commit long-term.

Sessions can take place online (video call) or in-person near Zug. I work with people of all backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals and those exploring their identity or emotions.

If you're unsure whether psychological support is right for you, you're welcome to contact me with your questions. I will be happy to guide you or recommend next steps.

My practice is independent and not covered by basic health insurance. However, some complementary insurances may cover part of the cost — please check directly with your provider.
