Als anerkannte Psychotherapeutin und ursprünglich Wirtschaftspsychologin begleite ich Erwachsene (viele Expats) spezialisiert im Kontext von Arbeitsproblematik. Burnout, Depression, Stress, Schlaf, Ängste, Traumata sowie Beziehungen und Selbstwert sind gängige Themen, bei denen ich helfe zu verstehen, Ihre subjektive Wahrnehmung anzureichern und neue Handlungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
As a licensed psychotherapist (originally business psychologist) I have been accompanying adults (many expats) specialized in the context of work related issues. Burnout, depression, stress, sleep, anxiety, trauma as well as relationships and self-worth are common issues where I help to understand, enrich your subjective perception and develop new strategies for action.

Master's degree in psychology and several years of federally recognized psychotherapeutic training. My training and working style combine cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotion-focused methods.

Die Psychotherapie bei mir läuft über Zusatzversicherung oder Selbstzahlung.
Ich behandle und begleite Sie zudem bei allen Störungsbildern und Problemen, die man üblicherweise im ambulanten Setting behandelt wie Depressionen, Anpassungsstörungen und schwierige Lebenssituationen, Ängste, Unsicherheiten und emotionale Überforderungssituationen, Beziehungsthemen und Konflikte etc.
I also treat and accompany you in all disturbance patterns and problems that are usually treated in an outpatient setting such as depression, adjustment disorders and difficult life situations, fears, insecurities and emotionally overwhelming situations, relationship issues and conflicts, etc.
